Job Description & Summary: PwC India is hiring for its FS Tech team in Consulting practice for Bangalore. We are looking for experienced professionals in FS Tech Insurance. As part of this high-performing team, you will get an opportunity to work with a variety of Engagements in with local and global teams across industry verticals.
Responsibilities:
Client Development:
- Responsible for designing and leading the Digital and Future-ready Enterprise Architectures for banks
- Plays a significant role in targeting the right clients, building a quality pipeline, winning profitable deals, identifying new strategy technology consulting opportunities with our clients, shaping proposals, and gaining client agreement/approval to move forward.
- Uses deep industry domain and technology expertise, manage solution/proposition development as well as manage client interactions during the sales process, facilitating the negotiations and closing activities
- Provides solutions to complex technology problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of our clients' technology objectives
- Leads strategy engagements; Synthesizes numerous analytic efforts to draw meaningful conclusions, identify implications for recommendations, and achieve client buy-in
- Frequent interaction with senior management levels at a client and/or within PWC, which involves presenting analysis and recommendations, facilitating workshops, and negotiating or influencing on significant matters
- Develops and maintain strong trust-based relationships with clients
Client Delivery:
Potential candidate is expected to lead engagements for FS clients. These engagements include helping clients develop technology strategies, structure effective IT transformation and operating models, to enable growth while maintaining or reducing costs.
Managing activities and deliverables against plan, reviewing draft output, and providing feedback/coaching to project team member
Assesses and manages risks and issues, ultimately ensuring that project objectives are achieved.
People Development:
Develop a team of professionals to enable growth
Perform role of counselor and coach, provide input and guidance into the firm’s staffing process, and actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities

Skills:
- Minimum of 11 years of experience from working within Financial Services
- 5 years of external consulting experience at renowned consulting firm
- Have an excellent client network connect within the Banking community both in India and global
- Worked on Technology and Digital product offerings in Financial Services
- Prior IT services Sales and Sales Support / Sales enablement role for Banking clients
- Excellent knowledge of technology landscape across Banking industry - especially in areas like Retail & Commercial Banking, Payments and Treasury, Lending, Credit Cards, Wealth and Investment Management, Capital Markets
- Exposure to bank strategy, digital transformation and automations, journey design, value realization, consulting on infra and cloud transformations
- Good knowledge of emerging trends in IT like Cloud, Devops, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, Digital transformation, Etc.

15+ Yrs
Education qualification:
- B.E from Tier 1 University
- MBA from Tier 1 University will be an added advantage
