A career within IT Infrastructure services , will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage Cloud and Datacenter technology to enhance their customer experiences 

Responsibilities:

• Manage Infrastructure Projects End to End which include tasks of Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Closure. 

• To perform a full range of Infrastructure design, provisioning and support functions on Dell ,HPE , NetApp, Cisco ,Linux, Windows, Hyper-V and VMware Enterprise infrastructure devices ( Server ,Storage and backup ) 

• Deliver the Project as agreed and mentioned in scope and ensure the Project is delivered with Budget and on Schedule. 

• Working with the business to obtain a clear understanding of the requirements in projects. 

• Ability to meet aggressive timelines and motivate the team to meet agreed deadlines. 

• Responsible for communication and relationship with users for support issues. 

• Develop realistic project plans/schedule and track team's progress in meeting milestones and deliverables. 

• Facilitate team meetings in partnership with the Stakeholders for decision-making, issues resolution, risk mitigation and team engagement. 

• Follow-up with action owners on open actions (tasks, document authorship, document approvals, etc.) to drive to current schedule. 

• Escalate unexpected events impacting project/BAU schedule, budget resources to management. 

• Keep Stakeholders well-informed, effectively communicating status and changes. 

• Transition & Transformation Management Formulate. 

• Coordination and closure with IT security team for Vulnerability management 

• Coordination With Vendor for support renewals, issues and new requirements 

• Review new and existing processes, resources, and systems, making and overseeing any changes. 

• Escalation Management, SLA Management, Daily Team Meeting to understand team challenges . 

• To perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, problems identification, troubleshooting, failure recovery and proactive maintenance. 

• Communicate problem resolutions to other team members and management, and own or participate in the problem management process. 

• To lead and execute in incident, problem, change and release management processes. 

• To compile statistics on Availability, Performance, and Utilization for management reporting. 

• Scripting experience - write code and automate repeatable processes 

• Automation - PowerShell, Python Scripting   

• Develops and implements business continuity practices 

• To participate and advise on technical and operational issues for new project introductions 

• To produce and maintain proper SOP documentation. 

• Experience in Azure and AWS Cloud Operations IaaS, PaaS (App Service, Database, Storage, API gateway), VNET, NLB, Traffic Manager,   

• Experience in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) administration  

• Integration with cloud technologies 

Mandatory skill sets:

• Experience in Administration of Datacenter Services   

• Experience in Cloud Administration ( Azure/AWS/OCI)   

Preferred skill sets:

•     Certified In on Prem and Cloud technologies is added Advantage 

• Effective communication and collaboration skills 

Years of experience required:

· Minimum 7 years of experience Data center and cloud Administration  

Education qualification:

 Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or other related fields
