Job Description & Summary:

A career in National Special Functions, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector, and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to our clients. As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that involve multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project managers and cross-functional team members. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication and coordination among teams.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any challenges that arise during program execution.
• Data Systems Oversight: Utilize your expertise in databases, data systems, and reporting applications to ensure effective data management and reporting. Oversee the integration of data systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimize program performance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Monitor and control program budgets. Ensure financial resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are tracked accurately.
