As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs that involve multiple projects and cross-functional teams. Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project managers and cross-functional team members. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication and coordination among teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address any challenges that arise during program execution.
- Data Systems Oversight: Utilize your expertise in databases, data systems, and reporting applications to ensure effective data management and reporting. Oversee the integration of data systems and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reports. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and optimize program performance.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and methodologies. Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Monitor and control program budgets. Ensure financial resources are allocated effectively and expenditures are tracked accurately.
