Responsibilities:

• Managing all project- or service-delivery activities in collaboration with the project team and stakeholders
• Be the main point of contact for the customer regarding project/service execution
• Guide customers to ensure success in building or moving applications into the Cloud following the industry best practices
• Utilize agile project management practices and collaboration tools to plan, organize and report on project activities
• Conduct planning efforts, provide consolidated estimates and develop technical roadmaps in collaboration with the project team
• Follow-up of project performance and budget progress, risk and issues
• Handling customer’s request, responding quickly and effectively, following up with clients to ensure successful resolution within the given KPIs
• Create and review documentation, defining procedures for new solutions

Mandatory skill sets:

• To be a team player, customer-, solution- and improvement-minded
• Agile mindset with an interest for continuous improvement
• Strong hands-on Azure/Aws Cloud technologies
• A strong understanding of technical matters
• Bonus:
  • Prince 2 or PMP certified
  • Scrum certified
  • ITIL certified
  • AWS or Microsoft Azure certified
• Fluent in Consulting communications

Preferred skill sets:

-       You have at least 5 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager in the IT sector.

-       You have general knowledge on IT Infrastructure concepts such as Hybrid Cloud Environments, Azure, Windows Server, Networking & Security.
