As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

· Minimum 6+ years of experience with any monitoring tool
· Experience with shell/perl scripting languages to automate tasks and manipulate data
· Knowledge of regular expressions.
· Strong knowledge on Linux/RHEL Platform.
· Experience with enterprise-scale operations and maintenance environments.
· Experience with Python, PHP, Apache Web Services and Yaml.
· Experience with any of the SQL database.
· Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems.
· Exceptional verbal, written, organizational, presentation and communication skills.
· Participate in user acceptance testing efforts as needed.
· Knowledge on Zabbix monitoring system, Ansible and Grafana.
· Knowledge on Service Now integration with monitoring systems
