Job Description & Summary: A career within SAP Consulting services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage SAP technology to enhance their customer experiences,

Responsibilities:

Support in compliance matters - Creation/ Updation of Save It workspaces, Signing of the ELs, Mandatory Advisory trainings, Creation of P+ codes
Monitor adequacy of the time recorded by EP/QRP
Monitor High Risk Engagements; Engagements where issues/challenges have been identified e.g. TPMs
Creation of action plan to drive the Quality agenda
Conduct activities like periodic communications
Address R&Q Matters in team webcasts/meetings
Assist in timely completion of reviews
Assess the various deficiencies identified in the reviews and take follow up actions as necessary
Provide support in Strengthening the quality framework
Provide support in continuous improvement and innovation
Monthly Status reporting to leadership
Support in exception reporting
