Responsibilities:

· Application Development: Develop and maintain high-quality web applications focused on customer experience in the BFSI sector, including customer onboarding journeys, internet banking, and transaction banking applications.

· Front-End & Back-End Development: Design and implement user-friendly, responsive front-end interfaces and scalable back-end systems using modern technologies.

· API Development & Integration: Build and integrate APIs to connect with third-party services, banking platforms, and legacy systems to enable smooth transactions and data exchanges.

· Cloud and DevOps Practices: Implement cloud-native solutions with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and ensure application scalability and security.

· Collaborative Development: Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and other team members to understand business requirements and deliver seamless user journeys for banking clients.

· Security and Compliance: Ensure the applications comply with BFSI industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security best practices (e.g., data privacy, PCI-DSS).

· Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performance, scalability, and availability of banking applications by implementing best practices for database design, caching, and load balancing.

· Testing & Debugging: Write unit and integration tests to ensure the stability of the applications, and debug performance issues in real-time environments.

Key Skills:

· Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React.js/Angular.js (Front-end), Node.js/Java/Spring Boot (Back-end).

· Web Development: Expertise in building responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JS libraries.

· Database: Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) for scalable data storage solutions.

· APIs & Microservices: Hands-on experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).

· Version Control & CI/CD: Proficient with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins for code versioning, containerization, and automated deployments.

· Banking Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products, customer onboarding processes, transaction banking, and corporate banking workflows.

· Agile Methodology: Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment, delivering iterative and incremental products.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, preferably within the BFSI domain.

· Prior experience with customer onboarding journeys, corporate banking websites, and internet banking portals is essential.

· Solid understanding of security, authentication, and encryption protocols relevant to financial services.

· Experience with DevOps tools and cloud-based architectures is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

· Familiarity with LoS (Loan Origination Systems) workflows.

· Knowledge of Open Banking and API-led architecture.

· Prior experience with building scalable transaction banking systems and Customer onboarding journeys.

· Experience in integrating third-party banking solutions like payment gateways, KYC services, BRE, etc.
