Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing managed services to clients who have outsourced their finance and accounting functions to PwC
Establishes internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions as per requirement of Accounting Standards
Providing end-to-end finance and accounts solutions
Ensure timely closure of books on monthly basis with desired outcomes
Provide support to the auditors of the client and coordinates with auditors and provides required information ensuring audit is completed on time.
Proven people management experience. Experience in management and working with remote teams is an advantage
Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team, with a foresight and ability to delegate accordingly
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve client’s requirements
Continuously engage with clients to understand evolving requirements and deliver value-added services
Customer focused and proven experience of building, developing and sustaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Proficient in accounting software such as SAP or similar software would be an added advantage

Preferred skill sets:

Experience in a multinational environment, with in depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standard, Income Tax Act. Experience in Accounts payable function and reporting under Managed Services environment will be an added advantage
