- SAP SD Module Configuration:
- Configure SAP SD functionalities to meet business requirements including sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and credit management.
- Implement enhancements, reports, and interfaces as per business needs.
- Perform customization and troubleshooting for issues related to sales processes.
- Business Process Analysis:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand sales and distribution business processes.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and prepare Functional Specification Documents.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend solutions for process optimization.
- End-User Support and Training:
- Provide end-user support and resolve issues related to SAP SD.
- Train business users on SAP SD functionalities and best practices.
- Prepare user manuals and documentation for the business processes.
- Integration with Other Modules:
- Collaborate with other SAP functional consultants (MM, FI, PP, etc.) for integration and process flow across different modules.
- Support testing and troubleshooting of integrated processes across modules.
- Testing and Go-Live Support:
- Lead testing efforts for SAP SD processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve any critical issues after system implementation.
- Project Management and Documentation:
- Actively participate in project planning, status reporting, and documentation of requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Manage tasks and timelines effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- *Mandatory skill sets :
- Strong understanding of SAP SD module and integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, PP).
- Proficiency in configuring Sales Order Management, Pricing Procedures, Output Determination, Delivery Processing, and Billing.
- Experience in conducting workshops, gathering requirements, and preparing documentation.
- Ability to work in a team environment and liaise with business users, technical teams, and project managers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
*Preferred skill sets:
-Certification in SAP SD.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP CRM, or other SAP add-ons.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing SAP SD rollouts or enhancements.
