*Responsibilities:

Lead and manage SAP FICO implementations and upgrades on the SAP HANA platform.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Design and configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, etc.) to meet business requirements.
Conduct system testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Provide expertise in SAP HANA functionalities and capabilities, advising on best practices and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO processes and configurations.

*Mandatory skill sets

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
SAP FICO implementation and support.
Proven experience with SAP HANA, including at least [X] full lifecycle implementation(s).
Strong understanding of financial accounting and management accounting concepts.
Proficiency in SAP FICO modules and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
SAP certification in FICO and/or HANA is a plus.

*Preferred skill sets

Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and agile project management.
Experience with data migration tools and techniques in SAP environments.
