*Responsibilities: 

  •   Consulting & Requirements Gathering: Work with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements for HCM-related processes. Provide recommendations on the best practices for Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Configuration & Implementation: Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, and Benefits) as per client requirements.
  • System Design & Solutioning: Design and document the functional specifications for Oracle HCM Cloud, mapping business processes to Oracle HCM functionalities, and creating system design documentation.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, conduct unit testing, and support the client during system testing, ensuring that the configurations and customizations meet business requirements.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to client teams on Oracle HCM functionalities and features, including process flows and system navigation.
  • Support & Issue Resolution: Offer ongoing support post-implementation, addressing issues, troubleshooting problems, and recommending system enhancements based on feedback.
  • Upgrade & Patch Management: Help clients with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and patches, ensuring that new releases and updates are incorporated smoothly.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams including technical consultants, project managers, and client representatives to ensure project success.

  • *Mandatory skill sets

-   Expertise in Oracle PPM modules (e.g., Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Resource Management).

-  Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus.

-  Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and data integration tools is preferred.

-  Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications and related integrations.

*Preferred skill sets:

Expertise in Oracle PPM modules (e.g., Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Resource Management).

-  Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) and Oracle E-Business Suite is a plus.
