Job Description & Summary

A career within IT services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients leverage technology to enhance their customer experiences

*Responsibilities: 

• You are the day-to-day point of contact for clients and Managers on projects. You work with client teams to deliver high quality outputs;
• · Along with senior management, you take the lead in identifying client issues and proposing the most appropriate approach for challenges that enterprise clients face;
• · You execute all the key day-day tasks on digital strategy projects for our clients;
• · You support strategic discussions regarding business objectives and strategy KPIs.
• · You synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to ensure design decisions address their needs.
• · You support ideation, evaluation, definition, and prioritization of features and use cases.

*Mandatory skill sets 

• Minimum 4+years of work experience with strong expertise in Digital Strategy Advisory, Digital Roadmap Design, Digital Transformation and preparing Digital Operating Model
• Focused experience of leading client consulting projects 
• Should have strong analytical skills and prior experience in deriving actionable insights based on industry-specific primary and secondary research.
• Candidates should have excellent client management and communication skills (written and verbal), along with presentation capabilities to CxO levels.
• Preference for consulting experience with premier strategy consulting firms/ Big4 firms
• Candidate should have experience with premier management consulting firms are preferred.
• Candidate should have good communication (Written and Verbal) and presentation skills.
• Candidate should have good organizational skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Digital Strategy assessment and development
• ● Business processes assessment and optimization
• ● Business research and analysis, including financial analysis
• ● Participation in client engagements, reporting to engagement managers
• ● Preparation of underlying materials, leading/participation in workshops
• ● (Business Model) Innovation & Business Design
