Job Description & Summary: 
Are you looking for a technically challenging role? then we’ve one for you. We are looking for a seasoned market-leading Security Hub with expectations of very strong hands-on experienced candidates (doers).

*Responsibilities: 

• Proven implementation experience with at least 2-3 SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.)
• Strong knowledge and experience with Web Development (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
• Proven ability to configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, advanced UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes and UI Scripts to fulfill requirements, including knowledge of and experience with JavaScript/GLIDE, HTML5
• Proven experience in integration of ServiceNow with other IT applications using REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience gathering requirements from internal/external stakeholders, and creating/maintaining the ServiceNow solution documentation

*Mandatory skill sets 

• Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills – oral, written and presentation; technical reporting writing across various types of target audiences.
• Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the service line and function goals. 
• Able to get things done in a fast-paced environment. Be transparent and open around what doesn’t work and what does.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills (successfully lead and managed end-to-end technology services and or technology operations) with ability to manage multiple deadlines and effectively prioritise.
• Experience of developing an effective stakeholder strategy, influencing relevant stakeholders and decision makers, and executing decisions efficiently and consistently.
• Must have experience with ServiceNow SecOps SIR mobile.
• Strong proven hands-on experience of modules including ServiceNow Integration Hub, Application Engine, Service Forms development.

*Preferred skill sets 

• Experience with CMDB Implementation
