Within Advisory, PwC has a large teamthat focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the procurement strategy for IT solutions, software, hardware, and services.
• Draft and refine Request for Proposals (RFPs), Scope of Work (SoW), and contractual documents.
• Ensure compliance with government procurement regulations and best practices.
• Evaluate vendor proposals based on technical and financial assessments.
• Negotiate contract terms, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and pricing with vendors.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and IT teams to ensure transparent procurement processes

Note – Project location will be Vijayawada.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations.
• Experience in IT contract management, vendor evaluation, and negotiations.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, AI procurement, and cloud services.
• Understanding of cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk mitigation in IT procurements.

Preferred skill sets:

• Strong knowledge of government procurement regulations.
• Experience in IT contract management, vendor evaluation, and negotiations.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms, AI procurement, and cloud services.
• Understanding of cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and risk mitigation in IT procurements.

Education qualification:

B.E./ B.Tech./ MCA/ MBA and Certification (Any industry standard Cloud Certification like, AWS / GCP / CCCP, etc.)
