Your work profile.

We're looking for a skilled Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery professional to lead end-to-end DR engagements across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Designing and implementing modern DR strategies and architectures

Leading technical DR tests across on-prem and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Collaborating with infrastructure, application, and security teams

Managing DR workstreams and preparing technical documentation

Contributing to practice development and automation frameworks

Required SkillSets/Experience:

48 years of hands-on DR experience

Expertise in tools like Veeam, Zerto, Commvault, Rubrik

Cloud-native DR experience (AWS Elastic DR, Azure Site Recovery, GCP Backup & DR)

Strong understanding of RPO/RTO, failover/failback, and DR automation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired qualifications:

Knowledge of ISO 22301, scripting (PowerShell/Python), Kubernetes DR strategies

Experience with BCM/DR platforms (Fusion, Archer, Assurance CM)

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI)
