Job Description:

As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you will oversee data migration strategies and lead cross-functional teams to đảm bảo successful project execution. As a Manager, you will engage with business stakeholders to establish practices in data governance and harmonization, while fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and efficiency.

· Analyze and harmonize data to improve operational effectiveness

· Establish frameworks for data migration processes

· Monitor project progress and address challenges that arise

· Promote continuous improvement in data management practices

Mandatory Skills:

SAP Data Migration, S4HANA, Migration Projects

Preferred Skills:

SAP Data Migration, Consulting Experience

Strong attention to detail and a keen to desire deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.

Solves complex problems with creative solutions / proposals

Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 7 years of experience in SAP Data Migration preferred

· Proven experience in end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects

· Hands-on delivery experience in system conversion projects

· Designing and implementing ETL solutions using SAP Data Services

· Leading cross-functional teams and establishing migration frameworks

· Engaging with business stakeholders on data governance

· Skilled in mapping functional objects to technical migration rules

· Experience with SAP Migration Cockpit and validation processes

· Additional Responsibilities: Engaging with business stakeholders on data governance, harmonization, and migration strategy

Years of Experience: 7-15 years of experience

Education: B.Tech. /B.E. /MBA /M.Tech./M.E./MCA/CA/CMA/ICWA
