As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Responsibilities:

Understanding of how to design, implement and maintain automated solutions using Selenium WebDriver and having led projects for the same
Ability to plan and execute projects to automate web applications with a robust framework, and integrate it within the DevOps processes of an organization.
Has necessary understanding of basic as well as advance concepts of WebDriver and other tools/frameworks like TestNG, Maven, AutoIT, Sikuli, log4j.
Design and implement test strategies for automated website search and navigation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define overall program strategies, architectures, and roadmaps with respect to Test cases
Is a seasoned JIRA user for tracking bugs, issues, task allocation, and opportunities for increasing delivery throughput through better planning, execution, and automation
Write and maintain Python scripts to support test automation and data validation processes.
Develop custom automation solutions to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Create, modify, and execute SQL stored procedures to validate data integrity and application functionality.
Perform backend testing to ensure data consistency and accuracy in the database.
Has good understanding of webapps built on .Net and Angular.JS from the perspective of automating test runs.
Has good web-scraping knowledge.

Mandatory skill sets:

Certifications: QA Automation
Selenium Web driver and Testing suite
Additional tools/frameworks like TestNG, Maven, AutoIT, Sikuli, log4j
Web-scraping using python / selenium
Proven track record for automation of manual testing for software products
Hands-on experience with SQL, python, core java
Good understanding and working knowledge of angular.js, .net
Hands-on experience on Azure cloud

Preferred skill sets:

Certified professional tester by Selenium Tester foundation
Any other equivalent certifications for Testing Automation
