We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Senior or Lead Business Analysts to join our Business Performance Management and Client Analytics team. Job Description & Summary:

  • Functional experience in Credit risk, regulatory reporting change Management, data analyst or business data analysis roles
  • Understanding of BASEL framework, RWA calculation, LGD, PD, credit risk & CCR, risk models.

Responsibilities:

  • Functional experience in Credit risk, regulatory reporting change Management, data analyst or business data analysis roles
  • Understanding of BASEL framework, RWA calculation, LGD, PD, credit risk & CCR, risk models.
  • Ability to understand trade bookings and types to evaluate how exposures feeds & impacts Credit Risk systems across metrics such as Current Exposure (CE), Potential Future Exposure (PFE), Expected Exposure (EE), EEPE, etc.
  • Develop understanding of linear and logistic regression models used in forecasting Balance Sheet growth & attrition, expected loss (PD/LGD/EAD), portfolio segmentation and underwriting/originations
  • Drive change within Balance Sheet & Credit Risk projections while inculcating growth assumptions from linked Finance/Balance Sheet models
  • Strong ability to interpret customer business requirements and translate them into functional requirements and functional design
  • Identification, review and reporting on key controls, policies and procedures related to the management of capital risks
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical, detail-driven and problem-solving skills, comfortable with working on technical detail
  • Working knowledge in SQL and Python preferred.

Mandatory skill sets:

Credit Risk/CCR Reporting, SQL, Capital market product knowledge

Preferred skill sets:

Change management, Techno Functional Business analyst
