We help our clients implement and effectively use Oracle offerings to solve their business problems and fuel success in the areas of finance operations, human capital management, supply chain management, reporting and analytics, and governance, risk and compliance.*Responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and others.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet client requirements.
- Develop and customize reports using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and other reporting tools.
- Create and modify HCM extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader) scripts, and other data integration processes.
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
*Mandatory skill sets
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware solutions.
- Modules: Absence, Time and Labour, Payroll, workforce planning, HR helpdesk, Oracle digital assistants, Oracle guided learning
*Preferred skill sets
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of the HCM system.
*Year of experience required
- 7-10 Yrs experience
*Educational Qualification
- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs
