Job Description & Summary:  

• Actively engage with stakeholders (business, ITO, Group Data & Analytics, CDO) in defining business analytics requirements, translating them into data attributes required for the consuming system. 

• Experience of working in waterfall and agile methodologies. Review non-functional requirements where it pertains to data retention, archival, etc. 

• Support the development of the testing packs with predefined result sets. Review the test cases ensuring completeness UAT coverage. Perform UAT to ensure the end product is in line with business requirements. 

• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. 

Responsibilities: 

Technical skills: Strong hands-on experience in - Python and SQL (must have) 

Domain: 

• Treasury management and Regulatory Reporting Change Management. Very strong understanding of Balance Sheet & Financial Instruments (Derivatives, Loans, Deposits, etc.) 

• Knowledge of treasury management, capital and liquidity reporting (like LCR, NSFR, PRA110 reporting, BASEL III, IRRBB, FTP). 

Business Analyst:

Data Analyst: 

• Data governance and ownership, DQMS (linking to BCBS239) and control framework. Confirm golden source and availability of the Critical Data Elements, including frequency, granularity and other dimensions. 

• Understanding of end-to-end operating model and the data lineage. Analysing the data to draw business conclusions and in data visualization tools and techniques. 

Expectation: 

• 3 to 6 years exp.- Even if not strong in domain, should be really great with python and data analytics 

• 7 to 10 years exp.- Should be functionally and technically strong 

Mandatory skill sets: 

-Business Analyst 

-Regulatory Reporting,

Preferred skill sets:
