IN-Lead, Associate Success

• Drive and execute all programs and activities that are approved by Blue Yonder CSR performance Committee.
• Develop community outreach, identify CSR projects by connecting with NGOs and CSR partners for review.
• Conduct due diligence in coordination with the CSR core committee on all referred project proposals and partners to finalize programs in line with the annual CSR roadmap commitments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish and maintain CSR partnerships.
• Develop communication material, project documentation and summary reports to highlight CSR activities, impacts, and success stories
• Conduct due diligence on partner identification, onboard new partners and maintain partner engagement.
• Ensure alignment with CSR legal requirements and also stay current with all the requirements per CSR law.
• Plan and manage CSR events and campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly with good participation.
• Assist in overseeing the CSR budget, optimizing resource allocation, and tracking expenses by coordinating with the finance team
• Encourage employee participation in CSR initiatives through awareness programs and volunteer opportunities
• Identifying, measuring and monitoring the social value / social impact of the organisation’s activities
• Influencing the organization’s culture by identifying and championing best practice CSR initiatives, driving innovation and encouraging continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to Compliance and paperwork in accordance with the CSR Governance laws
• Participate in audit of the programs conducted in accordance to CSR policies
• CSR Project management: Oversee project initiation, execution and driving through to completion of all the identified projects across 4 key pillars: Sustainability, Education, Health & Hygiene, Mind the Hunger
• Design communication plan to CSR initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate CSR-related risks, whether related to reputation, regulatory compliance, or other factors. This requires constant monitoring of CSR issues and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Work with Blue Yonder marketing team to create, review and publish content related to CSR events
