Job Description & Summary: At PwC, our purpose is to build trust in society and solve important problems. Within Advisory, PwC has a large team that focus on transformation in Government through Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Responsibilities: · Project location - Guwahati · Lead and manage end-to-end design and delivery of application development projects. · Translate client requirements into technical specifications and solutions. · Work closely with government stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate prototypes and manage expectations. · Design and implement advanced data analytics models, dashboards and reporting systems. · Conduct data analysis and visualization to generate actionable insights for government programs. · Manage project timelines, deliverables and risk mitigation in a consulting environment. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy experts, domain consultants and technical architects.

Mandatory skill

sets: · Proven track record in data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. · Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. · Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex deliverables in a consulting setup.

Preferred skill sets: · Experience working on government consulting projects (e-governance, public sector IT solutions, etc.). · Experience in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. · Familiarity with data science and machine learning techniques. · Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and data privacy regulations relevant to government IT projects. · Exposure to RFP/RFQ processes and pre-sales activities in the public sector.
