Job Description & Summary: A career in our Human Resources, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to make a difference at PwC by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.
Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.
Responsibilities:
- Front ending with Stakeholders.
- Facilitate actions on firm’s HRIS – manager mapping/ LWD changes/ approvals etc.
- Liaison with respective BUHC and central teams for Contract extensions/ conversions and employee transfers and ensuring end to end closure.
- Follow-up with business stakeholders for compliances – Performance Management [eg driving completion status report BU wise]/ Background verification/ Mandatory E-learning/ Mediclaim enrolments/ Timesheet default [exception process]etc.
- New joiner welcome emails.
- Monthly MIS/reporting as per internal guidelines
- Maintenance of employee data necessary for performance assessment and promotion decisions.
- Facilitate campus hire allocation, facilitate Manager/Buddy mapping in close coordination with business and campus team
- Liaison with central teams for validation of employee records including long leaves/ career milestones etc.
- Facilitation of Letter issue to ex-employees for roles/ responsibilities
- Monitoring of R&R budget utilization, track cases pending for approvals and closure with stakeholders
- Managing intern contracts – facilitating termination as per last working day in consultation with business.
- Thorough understanding of Human Capital policies and processes
- Exit coordination and query management.
- DLP query management and coordination.
Mandatory skill sets:
HR operations, Workday Knowledge, Excel skills, Experience in managing large span
