You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programmes and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.As part of our Policy, Strategy and Leadership team, you’ll provide strategic oversight, manage operations, and develop policies for all aspects of our Sales and Marketing practice.
Job Description & Summary: A career in Sales and Marketing will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing communication programs and media events to promote and sell the PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluating our pricing strategies in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities
- Plan and manage the end-to-end RFP / EOI process.
- Management of the entire bid lifecycle with a clear focus to maintain a high "Bid to Win" ratio.
- Follow PwC’s bid management processes and review mechanisms.
- Bid planning (Create the proposal schedule and decide roles and responsibilities for team members), tracking, follow up and timely resolution of issues.
- Responsible for delivery of best-in-class proposal response document (both Word and PowerPoint Formats)
- Expertise in designing PowerPoint slides.
- Preparing proposal template, pre-qualification document and technical & commercial offers/proposals
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders like business team, legal team, risk team, etc
- Bid resource management- Co-ordination with internal teams (Legal, Finance and business teams)
- Prepare, update and maintain the credentials, case studies and re-usable components
Manage internal reviews and approvals– Solution/Legal/ Finance/Business approvals and sign-offs. - Individual Contributor Role
