Location- Goregaon East

Profile- Import/Export Executive

Experience- 2 years

Ctc- Upto 6 LPA

Working Days - 6 days (2nd & 4th sat off)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare, compile, and review all shipping documents for import and export activities (Invoices, Packing Lists, Bill of Entry, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines to ensure timely movement of goods.
Ensure compliance with all government regulations (customs, DGFT, EXIM policy, FSSAI, Labeling & Measurement acts etc.) for imports and exports.
Apply for and manage required licenses, permits, and certificates (e.g., IEC, RCMC, FSSAI, etc.).
Track shipments and maintain proper communication with internal teams regarding shipment status.
Manage customs clearance processes and handle documentation for duty exemptions (if applicable).
Maintain complete and organized records of all documentation and transactions.
Handle export incentives documentation (e.g., RoDTEP, Advance License, EPCG, etc.) if applicable.
Stay updated with the latest import/export regulations, policies, and requirements.
Assist in audits related to shipping, compliance, or customs as required.
