Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced EMR Trainer to deliver end-to-end training and client support forIMS and Meditab EMR systems . The role focuses on user onboarding, training delivery, system support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for IMS and Meditab users
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and system support
• Troubleshoot EMR-related issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
• Monitor system performance and assist with updates or enhancements
• Maintain detailed records of training sessions, client interactions, and issue resolutions
• Ensure efficient system utilization and a positive user experience

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience withIMS and/or Meditab EMR systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and client-handling abilities
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
• Prior EMR training or healthcare IT support experience preferred
