As a SaaS Implementation Project Manager, you will be the strategic lead for our high-
value enterprise deployments. You are responsible for transforming traditional, manual finance
departments into autonomous, AI-driven operations. This role sits at the intersection of Project
Leadership, Accounts Payable (AP) Domain and procurement Expertise, and Hyperautomation (RPA & Agentic AI). You will manage a portfolio of implementations, ensuring global
organizations achieve rapid ROI through touchless invoice processing and intelligent workflow
automation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Program Leadership: Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for
Tier-1 enterprise clients, managing multi-workstream projects that involve process
redesign, technical integration, and organizational change management.
- AP Transformation: Understand our product iAPX and Lead "Process Discovery"
sessions to identify fitment and gaps.
- Technical Ecosystem Integration: Partner with IT stakeholders to oversee deep-
core integrations with ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle etc) via APIs and
middleware, ensuring seamless data flow for master vendor files and payment status.
- Stakeholder & Portfolio Management: Act as the primary escalation point for C-
suite stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers). Manage project budgets, resource allocation,
and risk mitigation strategies across a portfolio of active implementations.
- Operational Excellence: Define and track "Success Metrics" post-go-live, such
as Touchless Processing Rate.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Project Management or Technical Consulting,
with at least 5 years specifically within AP Automation, Procurement or P2P
SaaS.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the global "Invoice-to-Pay" process,
including multi-currency handling, VAT/GST requirements etc.
- Familiarity with LLM-based document extraction and AI-led decisioning workflows.
- Automation Proficiency (added advantage):
- Proven experience deploying RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath, Microsoft Power
Automate) within a finance context.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (Developers, QA,
Functional Consultants) in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
- Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus. Specialized certifications in
RPA or Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) are highly preferred.
