Implementation Lead ( IT Software)

We Are Hiring | Implementation Lead | Ahmedabad

A leading IT Software Company looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to drive successful deployment of enterprise software solutions and lead client onboarding initiatives.

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Budget: Upto Max 12-14 LPA (Hike on the current salary will be as per industry standards and will also depend on the candidates interview performance).

Working Days: Monday Friday (5 Days)

Experience Required: 7+ Years (Client-facing implementation roles with team handling experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software / SaaS solutions

Conduct requirement gathering and translate business needs into system configurations

Manage system setup, data migration, integrations, and UAT

Provide product demos, client training, onboarding, and go-live support

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation

Lead and mentor the implementation team while ensuring timely project delivery

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams

Track project milestones, risks, and ensure proper documentation

Ensure strong customer adoption and client satisfaction

Required Skills:

Experience in enterprise software / SaaS implementation

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

Hands-on exposure to UAT, data migration, integrations, and client onboarding

Excellent communication and presentation skills
