Role: Technical Lead FSM / EAM

Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation teams and provide technical guidance end-to-end.
• Gather and translate client business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and Support teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with Product Management on requirements and feature validation.
• Educate clients on product capabilities and best practices.
• Contribute to internal processes, documentation, and knowledge content.
• Stay current with industry trends and product updates.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience; 4+ years in FSM/EAM implementations .
• Strong technical expertise in Java/J2EE .
• Hands-on experience in field service, asset, work, inventory, and procurement management.
• Utilities domain experience preferred.
• Exposure to IBM Maximo, Oracle WAM/WACS, ClickSoftware, ServiceNow FSM, Salesforce SFS, IFS, KloudGin .
• Experience with configurations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Masters preferred).
