This is a full-time, on-site role for an Implementation Executive, based in the Banglore The role involves managing the end-to-end software implementation process, ensuring seamless system integration, providing customer training, and delivering high-quality service. The Implementation Executive will work closely with internal teams and clients, analyze requirements, conduct field visits, and ensure efficient execution of solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer handling and client relationship management (preferred)
• Hands-on experience with software implementation processes and tools
• Ability to create and deliver effective user training
• Mandatory: Own vehicle for compulsory client field visits
• Mandatory: Own laptop
• Mandatory: Proficiency in Kannada language
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Educational background or experience in project management or implementation roles is an advantage

• Manage end-to-end software implementation and deployment
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Conduct compulsory field visits for client implementation and support
• Ensure smooth system integration and issue resolution
• Deliver training sessions to end-users
• Provide ongoing customer support and ensure client satisfaction
