Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
As an Implementation Engineer, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Kreesalis
solutions into client environments.
You will lead UAT, POCs, deployments, integrations, configurations, and go-live support -
working directly with enterprise technical teams, product engineering, and partners.
This role is critical.
You are the bridge between product capability and real-world impact.
1. Solution Deployment & Integration
- Lead the implementation and integration of Kreesalis products (e.g., K-Protect, K-Control) into partner/client systems.
- Configure software solutions in accordance with client requirements and technical specifications.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, APIs, and infrastructure components.
2. Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
- Collaborate with clients and partners to gather technical and business requirements.
- Translate requirements into actionable implementation plans and solution configurations.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
3. Project Delivery & Coordination
- Plan and manage implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
- Track project milestones, timelines, risk areas, and resolution steps.
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, engineering, support) to resolve integration challenges or product customizations.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Execute system testing, integration testing, and validation to ensure that product configurations meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during implementation.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Prepare detailed implementation documentationincluding configuration steps, go-live checklists, and troubleshooting guides.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfers for client administrators and end users to ensure smooth adoption.
6. Go-Live & Post-Deployment Support
- Provide hands-on support during go-live events and monitor early operations.
- Address support issues arising post-deployment and enable successful transition to regular support teams.
Technical Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of software deployment, APIs, data integration, and configuration management.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, web services, and enterprise application workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and system behaviours.
Project & Client Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus.
- Project planning and time-management capabilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions, SaaS products, or cybersecurity/trust platforms.
- Prior work in software delivery, technical consulting, or professional services.
