Implementation Engineer 2

Main Accountabilities:

In this scope, the Implementation Engineer is responsible for:

Planning, in consultation with the Project Manager, the implementation activities of his/her project including airline deliveries and associated services; Conducting the implementation via task coordination and stakeholders reporting; Fitting Altéa related product setup to the airline business needs;

Airline systems migration or implementation requires the Implementation Engineer to have a fairly reasonable knowledge of the airline business and Amadeus solutions, especially in the area of security.

The successful candidate will gain a cross-functional and technical expertise on the Amadeus products as well as a global understanding of the Airline IT architecture and business

Business Travel (~10% of the time) to customer-site expected based on project requirements

Education

A Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience

A Certification on Azure Cloud Platform and/or any Data Analytics tool would be a PLUS

Technical Skills

- Amadeus technical architecture - desirable

- Familiar with SQL and Data Analytics tools; exposure to tools such as Qlik and Snowflake, Know-how of SQL and Couchbase

- Desirable: Familiar with Change management process in Amadeus to perform technical setup (DBOSR, OTF, LSS, JOBOSR, Control-M framework)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MS Project)

Functional Skills

- Good knowledge of the airline IT business and Amadeus IT products.

- Experience in Product Security Implementation and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of Identity and Access Management, Knowledge on Protocols like SAML and Open ID.

- Know-how of Cloud Platforms and SAFe Framework

Job Experience

Experience in the IT and/or Amadeus core business

Job Experience in Product Security Implementation is a big plus
