About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in the Phreesia platformespecially in configuration, deployment, and optimization of the Campaign Module.

The selected candidate will work closely with clients to gather requirements, map workflows, configure the system, and ensure smooth implementation and adoption across healthcare provider networks. This role includes collaborating with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to improve patient engagement through automated campaigns and digital check-in solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Phreesia implementation projects: planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Configure and customize Phreesia modules including patient registration, appointment scheduling, intake forms, and the Campaign Module for targeted communication.
• Identify client operational needs and design workflow solutions aligned with Phreesia capabilities.
• Conduct data mapping and integrations with EHR/PM systems such as Epic, Athena, Cerner, and NextGen.
• Create documentation: functional specs, configuration guides, and user training material.
• Support testing, validation, and optimization of workflows and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and enhancement needs.
• Serve as SME for the Phreesia Campaign Module, including template setup, audience segmentation, and analytics.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot configuration or campaign issues.
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 25 years of hands-on Phreesia implementation and configuration experience, preferably in consulting or healthcare IT.
• Proven experience working with the Phreesia Campaign Moduledesigning, configuring, and deploying patient communication campaigns.
• Strong understanding of EHR integrations, patient intake workflows, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR).

Preferred Skills

• Phreesia platform certification or advanced training.
• Experience with practice management systems or healthcare CRMs.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and campaign analytics.
• Prior client-facing experience in healthcare technology or SaaS implementations.
