Role Overview:
We are looking for a Lead - Implementation & Customer Success to manage the end-to-end implementation process and lead a team of Business Analysts. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding, data integration, and customer adoption while maintaining a deep focus on automation, analytics, SQL, and compensation plan structures.
Implementation & Project Management:
Oversee and drive the entire implementation process for new customers.
Work closely with customers to understand their sales compensation structures and business requirements.
Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
Develop implementation timelines, track progress, and keep customers informed. Ensure Visdum is customized and configured as per customer needs.
Data & Compensation Plan Configuration:
Identify data requirements across customer departments and ensure smooth data integration.
Set up sales compensation plans in Visdum based on customer requirements.
Leverage tools like SQL, Postman and BI tools to manage and manipulate customer data, ensuring accurate commission calculations.
Customer Success & Training:
Act as a key point of contact post-implementation to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
Analyze user activity to drive feature and UX enhancements across platform.
Conduct training sessions for customer administrators and payees on system usage. Provide ongoing support and best practices for effective commission management.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement:
Lead, mentor, and support a team of Business Analysts, ensuring quality deliverables.
Establish and improve internal processes for implementation and customer onboarding.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance system functionalities based on customer feedback.
Requirements:
Strong Mathematics and Analytical Skills.
Expert-level proficiency in SQL (perform SQL queries, stored procedures).
Advanced Excel skills (data modeling, pivot tables, formulas, automation).
4+ years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or a similar role in SaaS space.
Experience managing and mentoring a team of Analysts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, MySQL Workbench, Figma, and Postman
Working knowledge of Business applications like CRMs, Billing systems, SSO, Data Warehouses and more.
Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex multi-phase implementation projects.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or related field).
