Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Sales Intern located in Dwarka. The intern will play a key role in candidate acquisition and sales conversions, especially for overseas blue-collar job opportunities.
The role involves interacting with candidates, understanding their job requirements, and guiding them through international job placements and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
Explain overseas job opportunities (Gulf & Europe blue-collar roles)
Handle candidate inquiries related to work visas, job roles, salary, and relocation
Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Google Sheets
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into applicants
Assist candidates throughout the recruitment and documentation process
Coordinate interviews and support onboarding of selected candidates
Conduct basic market research to identify new hiring trends and candidate pools
Ensure candidates are well-informed about job conditions (work environment, climate, etc.)
Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in handling calls and conversions
Understanding of immigration processes, visas, and overseas employment (basic knowledge is a plus)
Ability to handle blue-collar workforce interactions professionally and empathetically
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good research and data-handling skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads
Bachelors degree (preferred but not mandatory)
