Job Description

Work Location : Remote
Shift Timing : 2 PM - 11 PM IST
Job Description :
- Strong technical background in UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Workforce Central.
- Experience with system architecture, API integrations, and data modeling.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA) and hosting requirements.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, Jira, Visio, and project management platforms.
- Time & Attendance/Timekeeping systems implementation experience required (configurations, enhancements, system management)
- UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) timekeeping system experience preferred
- UKG Workforce Central timekeeping system experience preferred
Preferred :
- UKG Pro WFM certification.
- Experience in global rollouts and multi-country compliance.
- Knowledge of cloud security and workforce analytics.
