Job Description
Experience : 9+ yrs
Work Timings : 2 PM - 11 PM IST
- Analyze and recommend Plant structure based on complex business structure
- Analyze and recommend part number structure for eliminating duplicates
- Automate warehouse Transfer Orders from warehouse to warehouse that supplies production process (only kitting, now manufacturing)
- Analyze and implement warehouse putaway strategies to optimize inventory picks and physical inventory
- Proactive management of obsolete inventory due to customer order cancelation
- Manage and automate substitutions and Engineering Change Record processes
- Analyze and implement visibility of inventory in the supply chain including supplier shipments and Freight Forwarder including possible EDI transactions
- Improve efficiencies of receiving process by potentially perform full shipment receipts vs line-by-line receiving
- Analyze and implement planning from non-SAP systems into SAP with existing SAP DC demand for production planning
