Job Description :
- E2E implementation experience into SAP PPQM
- S/4 HANA experience is Mandatory
- Analyze and understand current business processes for production planning, scheduling, material management, and quality control.
- Configure and customize the PP module to optimize production planning, material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, and shop floor control processes.
- Should have strong experience in Batch Management, Planning Process, and Sampling Process & Process Industry.
- Configure and customize the QM module to define quality inspection plans, manage defects and non-conformances, and ensure product quality throughout the production lifecycle.
- Ensure effective integration between PP and QM modules for seamless data flow between production planning and quality control activities.
- Develop and implement reports and analyses to monitor production performance, identify quality trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Provide ongoing support and training to production personnel and quality control teams on PP/QM functionalities.
