Job Profile

The Project Manager will be a driving force behind the implementation of global

Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), CVA, and XVA initiatives. The role requires a

proven track record as a change professional delivering large-scale programmes

within a banking environment.

This is a Global role that requires close collaboration with Front Office, Product

Control, Accounting, Risk, and Operations. You will be expected to utilize your

comprehensive front-to-back knowledge of these banking functions to coordinate

and drive implementation across multiple teams.

We are seeking a high calibre professional who is highly organised, diligent, and

possesses a strong commitment to self-development and personal accountability.

You will be responsible for developing and overseeing global project plans, engaging

in rigorous RAID management, and ensuring that governance processes are strictly

adhered to.

In addition, the candidate must demonstrate expertise in risk calculation

methodologies (including EE, EPE, PFE, sensitivities, VaR, Monte Carlo

simulations, and MtM) and have a strong understanding of derivatives products,

pricing mechanisms, and margining concepts.

In this role you will:

Project Delivery and Control: Shape and lead the project using a solid

grasp of project management methodologies. Identify schedules, scopes,

and budget estimations. Demonstrate RAID management expertise by

actively tracking Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies to mitigate

project threats.

Domain Leadership: Apply demonstrated expertise in CVA, XVA, and

Counterparty Credit Risk. Lead workstreams focused on the implementation

of risk calculation methodologies, specifically EE (Expected Exposure), EPE

(Expected Positive Exposure), PFE (Potential Future Exposure),

sensitivities, VaR, and Monte Carlo simulations.

Process & Governance: Create, implement, and operate within an

appropriate governance framework. This includes extensive experience with

governance processes such as leading workgroups, precise action

tracking, and detailed minute-taking.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and drive implementation across

multiple functions by utilizing effective stakeholder management and

relationship-building skills. You must demonstrate strong active listening,

proactivity, and influencing skills to align Front Office, Risk, and Product

Control stakeholders.


Reporting & MI: Create, track, and report project outcomes using

Experience in reporting and management information (MI). Escalate

issues as necessary according to the project work plan.

Business Analysis & Tooling: Define and document future state processes

utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Visio to map complex data flows related to

credit hedging instruments and associated risk methodologies.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you must meet the following requirements:

Change Management Experience: Proven track record as a change

professional, delivering large-scale programmes within a banking

environment.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory):

o Demonstrated expertise in Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), CVA,

and XVA.

o Proficiency in risk calculation methodologies: EE, EPE, PFE,

sensitivities, VaR, Monte Carlo simulations, and MtM.

o Strong understanding of derivatives products, pricing mechanisms,

margining concepts, and CCR regulations.

o Familiarity with credit hedging instruments and associated risk

methodologies.


Front-to-Back Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of banking functions,

spanning Front Office, Product Control, Accounting, Risk, and

Operations.

Essential Competencies ("Hygiene") Candidates must demonstrate ALL of the

following to be considered:

Project Management: Solid grasp of project management methodologies

and RAID management expertise.

Governance: Experience with governance processes (workgroups, action

tracking, minute-taking).

Communication: Effective stakeholder management with strong active

listening, proactivity, and influencing skills.

Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and experience in

reporting/MI.

Mindset: Demonstrated personal accountability and a commitment to self-

development.
