We are looking for an experienced .NET Lead to drive development of secure, high-performance financial applications in an NBFC environment. This role requires strong technical leadership and expertise in enterprise-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of mission-critical applications

Architect scalable and secure .NET solutions

Mentor and manage a development team

Ensure compliance, audit, and security standards

Work on lending / loan management systems

Oversee third-party system integrations

Support production and optimize performance

Required Skills

C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API

SQL Server + performance tuning

Secure financial/transaction system experience

REST APIs & microservices architecture

Encryption, authentication & compliance knowledge

Azure / cloud exposure

CI/CD & DevOps practices

Strong leadership & stakeholder communication

Experience: 810 years

NBFC / Financial domain preferred
