Job Description
AI Learnova is on a mission to redefine learning through AI-driven education solutions. We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) who can scale revenue, build high-performance sales teams, and drive strategic growth across B2C & B2B EdTech segments.
Location: India (Hybrid / Remote as applicable)
Industry: EdTech | AI Learning | Professional Upskilling
- Own and drive end-to-end sales strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Build, mentor, and scale national & international sales teams
- Lead revenue planning, forecasting, and execution
- Drive partnerships with enterprises, institutions, and resellers
- Collaborate with Product & Marketing to optimize go-to-market strategy
- Establish sales KPIs, CRM discipline, and performance dashboards
- Expand footprint across India & global markets
- EdTech sales leadership experience (mandatory)
- IIT & IIM graduate (mandatory)
- 10+ years of experience in sales & revenue leadership
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from 01 and 110
- Strong exposure to B2C, B2B, and Enterprise sales models
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills
