Job Title: IGCSE and IBDP Teacher

Location: Sector 70A, Gurgaon

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and experienced educators to teach students in the IGCSE and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality instruction, foster critical thinking, and prepare students for international academic standards and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with IGCSE and IBDP curriculum frameworks.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources that support diverse learning styles.
• Guide students in developing analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and curriculum planning.
• Support students in projects such as Extended Essay, Internal Assessments, and CAS (for IBDP) where applicable.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and inquiry-based classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant subject.
• Teaching qualification (B.Ed., PGCE, or equivalent).
• Certification or training in IGCSE and/or IBDP preferred.
• Strong understanding of international curricula and assessment standards.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in IGCSE and/or IBDP programs preferred.
• Experience with international or IB schools is an advantage.
