IDMC Lead (Openings for PAN India)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IDMC implementation and delivery
• Define solution architecture using IDMC services
• Provide technical leadership to IDMC developers and administrators
• Design and review Cloud Data Integration (CDI) mappings and task flows
• Oversee integrations across cloud and on-prem data sources
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and scalability
• Coordinate with business, data governance, and architecture teams
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines
• Lead UAT support, production deployments, and post-go-live stabilization
• Act as primary point of contact for Informatica and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• 812 years of overall experience with strong focus on Informatica
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC
• Strong expertise in Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Experience leading teams and mentoring developers
• Solid understanding of data integration architecture
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills
