Job Description
SailPoint L3 Developer
Location: Hyderabad
Exp: 6 to 10 years
Required Technical Skill Set: IGA, SailPoint
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have**
- Designs, builds and creates solutions for identity services across on-premise & hybrid-cloud environments, integrating IGA platforms, federation protocols (SAML/OIDC), MFA, NAC, and RBAC.
- Ensures secure, resilient, and compliant access to systems & services under the Telecommunications Security Act
- L3 Proficiency with SailPoint
Good-to-Have
Knowledge of Linux, Windows and Network Administration
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Designing and implementing RBAC models
- Automating joiner/mover/leaver workflows
- Deploying and integrating MFA solutions (E.g. Duo, MS Authenticator)
- Knowledge of RADIUS, and on-premise MFA applications and and strategies
- Configuring SSO for internal and external apps using SAML/OIDC.
- Designing resilient identity services with failover and redundancy.
- Knowledge of TACACS, ISE or similar network access control solutions
- Knowledge of VPN remote access solutions
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others to drive forward key security objectives
- Strong communication skills including presentation and documentation writing (to both technical and business audiences)
- Excellent team working skills including the ability to work effectively within a geographically disparate team
- Experience in Agile software development systems and JIRA Tools.
- An aptitude for autonomous learning as required by the demands of the business
