Role Overview:

Drive operational excellence for large-scale IAM solutions using Saviynt and Java. This role involves resolving complex issues, enhancing service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction while fostering innovation and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IDaaS operations with Saviynt configurations and access governance

Troubleshoot escalated incidents using Java and Saviynt tools

Mentor teams on best practices and automation

Drive continuous improvement and efficiency through Java-driven solutions

Translate client requirements into actionable Saviynt & Java solutions

Champion innovation and evaluate emerging technologies

Skills Required:

Strong Java development for automation and integration

Advanced knowledge of IDaaS, access governance, and identity lifecycle management

Expertise in Saviynt platform and troubleshooting

Leadership and mentoring in technical environments

Excellent problem-solving and operational reporting skills
