Identity Management Consultant

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• 8+ years of hands-on development and implementation experience, including configuration and customisation of components (connectors, rules, workflows, roles, policies).
• Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions tailored to complex requirements for identity lifecycle
• Customise and configure SailPoint IIQ components (connectors, workflows, rules, certifications, provisioning policies) for seamless integration
• Strong proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML and scripting languages
• Proven experience with API integration (REST/SOAP, SCIM) and connectors for enterprise applications
• Understanding of and experience in managing and maintaining role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) models
• Familiarity with SailPoint ISC and willingness to upskill for future adoption Strong conceptual knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX).
• Ability to triage configuration defects, suggest remediations, update designs and configure the solution
• Proven experience of certification configuration including dynamic reviewers, consultation, and escalation workflows
• Ability to create customised and dynamic reports to support audit requests and user access visibility
• Understanding of deployment and changing processes Familiarity with SailPoint/ServiceNow module
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams or junior developers with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
