This role will involve collaborating with a global team to manage user access certifications on the Identity Management tool SailPoint, and manual business application email-based certifications. The Certification Administrator will oversee all functions associated with preparing certification materials, supporting the schedule, monitoring active certifications, assuring all access marked for revocation is processed and certification artifacts are saved.
The successful candidate is expected to have strong analytical skills; and be able to thrive in a complex and quickly evolving environment.
Tasks:
- Obtain user access files from application teams. and parse user access files for managers
- Stage and launch user access certifications on SailPoint and monitor reviewer completion
- Prepare and generate user access certification emails, track responses and follow up or escalate as necessary
- Complete validation tasks to confirm access was revoked and document justification for any exceptions
- Review responses to email certifications, compile decisions to save as evidence and submit revocation requests to security administrators
- Respond to inquiries from end users on certification related topics
- Assist with other access certification types, including approver and role content certifications as needed
Skills/requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or business field required
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field of SailPoint certifications or similar IDM tools.
- Basic understanding of access management guidelines and policy
- Good understanding of MS applications with focus on data analysis (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (a writing exercise will be administered)
- Attention to detail, with excellent organizational and documentation skills
- Self-starter who can work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic able to manage multiple assignments at the same time.
