We are seeking an ICT Presales Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to provide technical support and solution designs, effectively communicating product capabilities, and customizing solutions to meet client requirements. The ICT Presales Engineer will also participate in client meetings, demonstrate products, and support integration and deployment processes while ensuring security compliance. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.

• Strong experience in Technical Support and Presales to identify client requirements and propose appropriate ICT solutions
• Familiarity with Sales processes and expertise in presenting and demonstrating products effectively to prospective clients
• Knowledge of Integration processes and best practices for seamless implementation
• Understanding and application of Security standards to ensure safe and compliant solution deployment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail
• Relevant certification or a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
