Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for an ICSE School Principal. The Principal will oversee the overall administration, daily operations, and academic management of the school. Responsibilities include leading the implementation of the ICSE curriculum, managing and mentoring the teaching staff, fostering an inclusive and conducive learning environment, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet institutional goals. The Principal will also ensure the school maintains high academic standards and complies with regulatory guidelines while cultivating a positive school culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and deep understanding of the ICSE program
- Strong skills in Educational Leadership and school administration
- Excellent Communication skills, including interpersonal and organizational communication
- Experience in managing Middle School education and academic programs
- Proven background in Education, with teaching or administrative credentials being an advantage
- Postgraduate degree in Education or relevant field; additional certifications in school leadership are a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff
