Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure the technical architecture of the Icertis ICI platform
• Configure data models, rules framework, and technical settings
• Develop and support API-based integrations with enterprise systems
• Monitor and optimize platform performance, scalability, and stability
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues
• Support large-scale, multi-region CLM implementations
• Ensure technical governance, security, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with functional consultants, integration teams, and stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementations
• Strong hands-on technical experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI)
• Deep understanding of Icertis data architecture, rules framework, and APIs
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and web services
• Experience supporting platform performance, scalability, and stability
• Experience with Azure-based SaaS platforms
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience working in large-scale production environments

Good-to-Have Skills

• Icertis Technical Consultant Certification
• Familiarity with SAP landscapes and enterprise middleware platforms
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns
• Exposure to monitoring, logging, and performance tuning tools
• Experience supporting global or multi-region CLM deployments
• Knowledge of Agile / DevOps delivery practices
